Our Mold Testing Process
Our Limited Mold Sampling inspection focuses on testing specific areas of the building that the client or inspector identifies as areas of concern. Our certified inspectors will take air samples and surface samples from these areas to test for the presence of mold spores and other potential contaminants.

Our Full Mold Screening inspection is a comprehensive evaluation of the entire home or building using certified procedures. Our inspectors will perform a visual assessment of the property, taking note of any visible signs of mold growth, water damage, or other potential sources of indoor air pollution. We'll take air and surface samples from multiple areas of the property to test for the presence of mold spores, allergens, and other potential contaminants. Our testing methods are designed to be minimally invasive and non-destructive, so you can rest assured that your property will be left in the same condition as before the inspection.
Testing for Mold in the Home
For both our Limited Mold Sampling and Full Mold Screening inspections, after the inspection is complete, we'll provide you with a detailed report outlining our findings and recommendations for any necessary remediation or repairs. We'll also provide guidance on best practices for preventing future mold growth and maintaining a healthy indoor environment.

It's important to note that mold can have serious health consequences, particularly for individuals with allergies, asthma, or compromised immune systems.
